Research/Career Interests: 

Jeewon Cho works in the field of Organizational Behavior, specializing in understanding the effective behaviors of individuals and groups in organizations. Specifically, her current research interests include leadership processes, employee performance in non-volitional surveillance, and cross-cultural issues at workplaces. Her research papers appeared in leading peer review journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, the Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Management, Decision Science, Information and Management and Decision Support Systems etc. She has a number of conference proceedings and presentations in major conferences, such as the Academy of Management (AOM), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) etc. Her teaching interests include Leadership and Cross-Cultural Management. Currently, she is an associate editor of Group and Organization Management and an editorial board member of Journal of Organizational Behavior and Information Systems Frontiers.
