Accreditation

The College of Business overall, as well as our accounting program, is accredited by AACSB International — The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.

AACSB International is the premier accrediting agency for degree programs in business administration and accounting.

The OSU College of Business was accredited in 1960 and is one of about 500 academic institutions accredited in the United States. We are one of just 189 institutions globally to have achieved additional accreditation for our accounting program. AACSB-accredited schools annually award more than 55% of all U.S. degrees in business and management education. To achieve accreditation, a business school must meet a broad range of quality standards and be committed to continuous improvement relating to curriculum, faculty credentials, admissions, degree requirements, library, research and scholarship and more.
