Lenovo – Culture Manager, Raleigh, NC (2011-2013) - As the Culture Manager within Lenovo’s People & Organizational Capability leadership team, I was responsible for leading organizational culture change initiatives through facilitation across functions for a population of 29,000 employees worldwide.

Sibson Consulting – Sr Associate Consultant, Los Angeles, CA (2008-2011; promoted from Associate Consultant 2010) - Designed strategies and solutions that aligned with client organizational vision and goals, with specific experience in quantitative analysis and model building, stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, and leading interviews/focus groups.
